Question

Lightroom folders AND photos disappeared.

I've got exactly the same problem... Did you ever find a solution? I imported about 220 RAW (NEF) images, edited about 180 of them, got tired & went to bed. Didn't exit LR. Laptop was unplugged so it went to sleep. Next morning I wake up my pc and there are only 95 files left in the LR folder. Everything is still on my pc. So I can import them again, but the problem is I will have to re-edit those 120 odd photos... 😕😕

    Thank you for your reply. Yes I have shut down lightroom & my laptop and checked if the photos came back, but no luck. Images are on internal hdd. Copies photos from my SD card to laptop and then imported to lightroom.

    I've branched your question to a new discussion. Please give as much detail as you can about your problem.

    A few questions.

    Are the image files on the internal or external drive?

    Have you shut your computer down and restarted it then checked LR and the folder the images are supposed to be in?

    How did you import the images, from a SD card or some other memory card
