Lightroom Freezes

I am currently 4 days into a trial of Lightroom CC. If I am developing a photo and click on the Filters option the program freezes. Have to Ctrl Alt Delete and end task.

Seriously going to affect my decision to adopt this product. Checked that the Graphics processor acceleration is disabled as that seems to be a recurring answer to crash issues on the forums.

    Lightroom CC or Lightroom Classic CC? These are not the same. Please let us know exactly what software you are using.

      Can you clarify what you mean by 'click on the Filters option'... are you referring to the Profiles section in the Basic panel?
