Lightroom has experienced an unexpected sign in failure. (PC)

Hi

I updated to Lightroom Classic CC. And I cannot sync with mobile. I keep receiving the error "Lightroom has experienced an unexpected sign in failure. (PC)"

Tried re-install, all suggested on the forums as well. Nothing changes

Help will be much appreciated.

Did you also try to reset the preferences? http://lightroom-blog.com/2015/05/23/resetting-preferences-in-lightroom-cc6/

Note: The preferences are not reset when you remove and reinstall.

If you did not already try, you may also want to try to sign off and back in: Learn how to activate and deactivate Creative Cloud apps
