Lightroom image black rectangle

Hey all,

Looking for updated (2023) information on why Lightroom is exporting black rectangles instead of the image.

The previous solution, to turn off the GPU acceleration, seems to not be working.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

How about a screenshot of your entire LrC screen. All those two black rectangles tell us is they are black rectangles.
