Lightroom import to different drive

Question

Lightroom defaults my imports into the Pictures folder on C: drive, which I don't want. I want lightroom to automatically import them into a different drive without having to manually change it every day.
 
I've tried installing Lightoom on the other drive and also moving the catalog to the other drive

Does this happen when you copy images to a specific location, or drive?
