Lightroom installation on a new PC

I have LR5 on my old pc, I also have the serial number. I have tried to register the serial number here on my Adobe ID account, but I'll get the information: "This serial number is already registered. Products can only be registered once" But I have not registered it more than once! (that's when I bought and downloaded LR) Now I'm in the situation that I bought a new PC and would like my LR5 over to the new, How do I do it step by step? I realize that there is a problem that my Adobe ID account will not accept that I have only registered LR5 once.

If you want to install LR on a new PC there's no new registration necessary.

Your sure you didn’t register Lr? It will be part of your account information, if you did.
