Lightroom installer does not work

Question

I had bought a lightroom 6 CD which I have registered on my account. The installer no longer works. How can I download lightroom 6 with my serial number ? If this is no longe rpossible, how can I get my money back for the CD I bought ? Is it legal for adobe to refuse to let me use a product I have paid for ?

See here for how to download LR 6.14 and enter your serial number:

But beware that you can't install LR 6 on Mac OS 10.15 or 11, since it's installer is a 32-bit program.
