Hi, it still happens even after updating to the newest lightroom version. Whenever I select the printing tab, the program becomes unresponsive, even for an empty catalogue. The only option is to open lightroom by holding down shift+alt to reset all the preferences to have lightroom function again. Is the printing functionally in the lightroom broken? My laptop should be powerful enough and it doesn't seem like a memory issue.

Do not use an existing Print Template. Start from scratch and reconfigure every possible setting for printing, including the print dialog setup, then try printing (or making that a new print template): any better?
