LIGHTROOM KEEPS MAKING EVERYTHING SLOW

Question

I don't know what am I doing, but I am tired of not being able to run Photoshop with Lightroom open at the same time. I have quite a good computer and I keep having to pass from one program to another in order to complete a task in photoshop. None of this happens when I use Capture One.

Does anybody else have the same problem?

I guess you haven't actually described what the problem is, you have described what you do to work around the problem.

Please describe the problem in detail; and state the version NUMBER of your Lightroom and the version NUMBER of your operating system.
