Lightroom keeps popping copy settings window

Lightroom keeps popping the "copy settings" window when I try to crop the picture, how to solve it? Thank you!

Did you ever find a solution? This started doing it to me yesterday and it's driving me absolutely nuts

Lightroom (Lr icon) or Lightroom Classic (LrC icon)? What version NUMBER? (We need the version NUMBER and not words like "latest" or "up-to-date")

What exact steps do you follow when calling up the crop tool?
