Lightroom keeps quiting on me

Every time i go to mask something the program all together quits on me. This is not fun since I am trying to edit a shoot i took and have a time laps to turn them in.

Hi jennyferm,

Please let us know the exact version of Lightroom you are using now? If its Lightroom 6 Or Classic CC then, please turn off the Graphics Processor from the Lightroom preferences and check if that helps to fix this issue.

Open Lightroom > Preferences > Performance tab > Uncheck the GPU > Restart Lightroom.

Mine is doing the same thing. It's hard to open preferences...when the program won't even open up.

Your problem is not the same. The original problem was LR crashing when using masking.

Please describe your problem in detail, from scratch, and preferably in a new thread.
