Lightroom Mobile camera not saving photos

I just upgraded my iPhone to iOS 11.  And now when I use the camera in Lightroom the photos simply disappear.  The app works fine on my iPad.

I'm wondering if it's the iOS change or if there is some setting I'm not thinking about.  Thanks

Hi mik,

The iOS 11 is out with new image format " HEIF" which is not supported by Lightroom mobile. please refer the discussion: Photoshop/Lightroom: HEIF support for iOS 11 | Photoshop Family Customer Community

We really apologies for all the inconvenience and delay caused.

Regards,

Mohit

I'm having exactly the same issue under iOS 11.  Even setting the Camera Format to "Most Compatible" under Settings I cannot get the Lightroom Camera to save when DNG is selected, only JPG.  Can't see how this would be a HEIF issue as DNG saving works fine in other third party camera apps?  Just looks like a bug that Adobe needs to acknowledge?

EDIT: looks like it is related to the flash getting triggered.  If I take a shot which does not involve the flash it seems to save.  When the flash goes off in low light situations there is a big delay before the flash goes off and then no save at all.  Also, I just noticed the same bug in other third party camera apps so it is looking more like a bug with the camera API developers use in iOS 11 (.0.2 in my case).

For what it's worth, a restart seems to have fixed my problem. At least for now.

And, yes Mohit, I was shooting DNG.

Thanks.
