Lightroom Mobile – Differences between Various OS and Various Devices ?

Hi, i've heard that Lightroom mobile is not the same on

  • Android
  • iOS

Is there an overview of current differences between Lightroom mobile on iOS and Lightroom on Android? (Aware that this changes frequently.)

I also heard that Lightroom mobile doesn't fully work on some new devices where it is supposed to fully work (I heard there are problems with Huawei phones). I heard raw photographing or HDR raw photographing doesn't work on some devices even though it should work.

Thanks for all your experiences and links!

See Common questions about Lightroom for mobile and Lightroom for Apple TV  and the topic "How can I tell if my iOS or Android mobile device supports the High Dynamic Range (HDR) capturing mode?" Huawei isn't listed in that topic, so maybe it can't shoot HDR. However, this area is continually changing and its pretty difficult to give overviews that are up to date. iOS tends to get new features first, but shooting to DNG came first to Android (or at least to some versions of it), but that's just a generalisation. Better to ask about your specific phone or the phones you might be choosing between.
