Lightroom mobile sharpening mask

I think you may be asking to see the Mask details slider in black and white like you can with Lr using an option or alt key. You can do this in Lr Mobile by using two fingers while adjusting the slider. I had to try it a couple times to get it to work on my iPad. It's probably more difficult on a phone with the small screen. It does work though.

FYI you can see clipping warnings with the same technique while adjusting exposure sliders like the white and black slider.
