Lightroom mobile sync

Hi

I'm a mac user, all my softatware ,browsers ,internet etc are working fine and up to date.

When I import my photos on my mobile device ( iPhone 7plus  or iPad Pro ) the photos dont always sync to my desktop. The files are in the cloud and some have managed to show up on my desktop but the rest ( 2970 raw files ) are in limbo land.

I tried using my jobs internet because it's faster but nothing changed.   I bought a new mac book Pro but that didn't improve anything either.

In the past in moved the collection via the online cloud and it seemed to reset something and download the newly named collection but its not working anymore.
