lightroom mobile trial expired

I have had creative cloud since 2015 - i used lightroom mobile on my ipad air but since switching to an ipad pro, when I try to open lightroom mobile on my computer, it says that the trial has expired - how can I fix this

    Have you tried to sign out, sign in from the Lightroom mobile app?

    Also, please let us know the creative cloud subscription you have is it under the educational program?

    Did you bought the Photography plan under the educational program, because Creative Cloud memberships redeemed from Kivuto may not include access to Lightroom mobile - depending on what licensing your institution offers for your home use.
