Lightroom Mobile won't log me in

I've been trying for over a week to sign in to Lightroom Mobile from my desktop. When I type my password in, the log in window stays there in a faded version as if it is logging me in, but it never actually logs me in. I'm certain the password is correct because I initially typed the wrong one and it prompted me.

    Hi Michelle,

    This forum seems to be lightly monitored, so I'd like to move this posting over to the regular Lightroom forum, where more people will see it.

    The issue is with Lightroom on your desktop, signing into your Adobe account to sync with Lightroom mobile, correct?
