Lightroom não abre

Não estou conseguindo abrir o Lightroom Classic no meu pc windows. O photoshop abre perfeitamente. Algúem poderia me ajudar?

    Socorro. estou com o mesmo problema, já desinstalei e instalei novamente  e nada acontece.. No suporte eles não conseguem ajudar.. O que fazer????

    If you use the Task Manager, select Lightroom Classic and then click on End Task. Does that allow you to open LrC?

    Already did that. It didn't help. I also uninstalled and installed again.

    How far into the opening do you get? What is the exact word-for-word error message?

    No error message appears. It just appears in the manager as in the background.

    The last time it worked, did it close properly, or did you have to force quit, or did it crash?

    Last time it worked and closed normally. Now when I try to run nothing happens.
