Lightroom no me deja crear nuevos catalogos

Hola! Les comento, Lightroom no me esta permitiendo crear nuevos catalogos, es como si al crear el nuevo catalogo el anterior quedara como fantasma funcionando, osea aparece como abierto en los procesos, pero no esta visible. Tengo la version 15 actualizada.

Les agradezco toda ayuda!

Try holding the Ctrl-Key while starting LrC. This opens a catalog selection dialog.

Click on "Create a New Catalog" to create a new one.
