Lightroom Not Using NVIDIA RTX GPU

I'm having sluggish performance in Lightroom and I believe I have located the issue.

 

Lightroom is showing two adapaters and I only have one! There is no on board video on my computer as its a Lenovo P720 Workstation. Along with my RTX GPU this is showing in the Adobe Lightroom System Info tab and I would like to know more about this!

Video Memory : 0

 

I have seen many upon many threads with the same adapter listed but no one seems to explain why this is showing. Upon a quick google this is a "Microsoft Basic Display Driver". 

 

I believe this is the culprit and I would like to know how to remove this. I have reinstalled, uninstalled my drivers along with reinstallation of Lightroom and still having terrible performance in Lightroom.

    Please do the LR menu command Help > System Info and copy/paste the entire contents here so we can see exactly which versions of hardware and software LR thinks you're running and important LR options that are set.

    That indeed is the latest Studio driver (recommended by Adobe) for that graphics processor.  It's a popular processor used by many, many users here.
     
    You can verify that LR is in fact using the Nvidia graphics processor (GPU) with Task Manager's Performance tab:

     

    Keep the Task Manager window visible as you do intensive operations in LR, such as moving Basic panel sliders quickly, making a People mask on a photo with lots of people in it, making a Subject mask, applying the new Lens Blur, doing Enhance > Denoise, or doing an export of at least 20 raw photos.
