Lightroom on Chromebook or Surface RT?

I happen to own both the Acer Chromebook from Google and a Surface RT. I have a cruise coming up and would like to be able to edit my RAW images in some shape or form and post edited shots to my Facebook page during the cruise. Am I right in saying that I can't get any version of Lightroom for either device?

    Yes, that's correct. Lightroom requires a full desktop version of macOS or Windows.

    It will not run on Chrome OS or Windows RT.
