Lightroom on web loading editing tools

I am trying to edit in LR on the web. I select edit and all I get is "Loading editing tools" tried in Chrome and IE11 same response. I try on my android and LR CC goes into edit mode then crashes.

Working fine here. So it isn't the website. Got to have something to do with your computer or your internet connection.

I dont think this is resolved, I'm having the same issues. says loading forever. Any insight as to what ic COULD be?
