Lightroom opens then crashes

My Adobe Lightroom Classic crashes when I try to open it. I'm a fool and don't have my catalog or presets backed up, so I don't want to uninstall it. Any advice? I'm on a MacBook Pro up-to-date with verison 11.4

And you have checked for a lock file that did not get properly deleted?

Did you have preferences set for opening a specific catalog OR Prompt for Catalog?
