Lightroom Pixelation

Hello! I'm having trouble with appearance of pixelation. When I zoom into 1:1 in my Develop module, my photos always look pixelated. I shoot in camera RAW and feel like they should be crystal clear. When I open them in Photoshop, I am able to zoom way in & they are super clear. Additionally, when I export the photo in lightroom & open it in Preview, it is still the same amount of pixelated when zoomed in. I obviously don't want my clients to see this. Will it print poorly?

Here are a couple screen shots of the photos in the lightroom develop module zoomed into 1:1. I export at a resolution of 300 ppi & sharpen normal for matte.

ISO 320, 50 mm Canon f/2.8 1/2500 sec

This isn't pixelation as such - it's massive oversharpening. Dial it down in the "detail" panel.

If you export this with additional output sharpening (matte paper sharpening is quite aggressive) - it won't look pretty.
