Lightroom Preset not showing up, tried everything.

I had a b/w preset I loved that got deleted because I accidentally clicked the minus sign next to presets. It deleted the entire User Presets folder. I deleted the preset and tried re-importing, but it won't show up (and then says that it's already been imported). I've copied it into every develop folder, restarted Lightroom, checked and unchecked both "show partially compatible presets" and "store presets with this catalog" but nothing works. It won't show up anywhere.
