Lightroom Presets not importing - Lightroom Classic V11.5

When importing my presets it only shows 3 of 18 and no matter what I do I can't seem to get my presets working. It always says 'Unable to import presets. All items were already imported.'

I've tried 

-Resetting Preferences

-Selecting 'Show partially compatible develop presets'

-Show lightroom develope presets>settings>adding presets there

-Deleting all - re-importing them

-Changing the code in the presets

-Uninstalling and removing preferences and reinstalling Lightroom

-Using V11.4.1

They worked fine before v12 came out and they work on my laptop on both v11.5 & v12. They just do not work on my imac. I cannot find a solution. Please help
