Lightroom Publishing folders gone: ?:0: attempt to index field 'exportSettings' (a nil value)

Yesterday I opened Lightroom to find all of my folders under all of my Publishing Service gone.  I had an extensive amount of folders to clients including DROPBOX, SMUGMUG, SQUARESPACE, as well as Facebook.  When I try to setup a new service or work on a service it gives me the following error below.  I've seen others posting this error, but there were no actual solutions posted that I could see.  Anyone have any ideas?
