Lightroom randomly exports color photos to Black x white

Hi there

I'm having a weird issue where LR exports my color photos randomly into sometimes color sometimes black and white. Each time I try to export it ends up with different images resulting in BW. This happens from RAW to JPG and RAW to PSD

Any ideas ...?
