Lightroom red flag phone number appearing on image after export

Has anyone experienced a phone number being attached mysteriously to an image on export?

Seriously, it looks like the app you are viewing the image with (Apple Preview) is trying to recognize text and/or numbers in the image, and thinks it has found a number.

    Yes indeed, that's Mac OS' Live Text feature thinking it's found a phone number!  I made a screenshot from your video and opened it in Preview, and it identified the phone number:
