Lightroom's "presets" panel doesn't show its content

Hi, I've been having this issue for a couple of months and I can't figure out a way to fix it.
Here (https://streamable.com/z4xddzyou have a short video of the issue.

I have many plugins but I can't see any of them.
I've tried to reinstall Lightroom but it didn't work out, I still face the same problem.
I have a paid version that's up to date.

If anyone can help, I'd be glad.

Cheers,
Nuno

It happens with raw, jpeg and smart previews.

There have been a few other reports about this. As a first troubleshooting step, try resetting LR's preferences:
https://www.lightroomqueen.com/articles-page/how-do-i-reset-lightrooms-preferences/

LR sometimes soils its preferences file, and resetting it can fix all sorts of wonky behavior. That article explains how to restore the old preferences if resetting doesn't help.

Many of us will not click on unknown web sites, so we can't see your video. Instead, click on the "Insert Video" icon and include the video in your reply.

Also, are you talking about Lightroom (Lr icon) or Lightroom Classic (LrC icon)? What version NUMBER?

Can I edit the post?
I can't find a way to do it.
It makes sense that people wouldn't click on a link posted by a stranger.

I'm talking about Lightroom Classic 11.3.1

Here's the video:
