Hola!

Estoy usando Lightroom Clasicc v13.0 en MacBook Pro 2012 procesador 2,9 GHz Intel Core i7 de dos núcleos, graficos Intel HD Graphics 4000 1536 MB, memoria RAM 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 y disco SSD 480gb. MacOS Ventura 13.7.4 (22H420)

Quedo atento.

Tomas.

Hello!

I'm using Lightroom Classic v13.0 on MacBook Pro 2012 processor 2.9 GHz Intel Core i7 dual-core, Intel HD Graphics 4000 1536 MB, RAM 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 and SSD 480gb. MacOS Ventura 13.7.4 (22H420)

When using the MASKS sector, the program closes by itself and gives me an error. Then he lets me open it again but every time I want to use the MASKS sector it closes abruptly.

I have sent a bug report from the tomas.m.frascino@gmail.com mail

It happens to me with all the versions from 13.0 to 13.5.1.

Versions 14.0 and 14.0.1 let me install them but once installed when starting the program it automatically closes and gives an error.

I remain attentive.

Take.

Your computer is 13 years old, and no computer of that age is going to work satisfactorily with resource intensive software like Lightroom Classic.

The GPU (Intel HD Graphics 4000) was also released in 2012, and does not meet the Lightroom Classic system requirements. It has less than the required 2 GB RAM, and does not support DirectX 12.

To run LrC smoothly, you need a modern (new) computer with a GPU that has 12 GB RAM or more.
