Lightroom started to freeze and crash my whole computer

Hey,

Yesterday, my Lightroom started to freeze and crash my whole computer. I couldn't restart Lightroom without restarting my whole computer, then it would be normal for about 5 minutes and the whole cycle would start again. I've been in contact with 4 different agents and did EVERYTHING, nothing helped. Today one of them wanted access to my computer and told me he would deinstall and reinstall every Adobe product that I have on my laptop. I told him that it would be SUPER important that I still have all my Lightroom presets and edits I previously made. He was kinda impatient with me and told me that that would be the case. After he did what he wanted to do, he told me that everything should work now and that he was going to leave. Me, panicking because I wasn't sure how he knew everything was working again without trying it, asked if I could contact him again if the problem still persists. He said yes, left, I opened Lightroom only to find out that nothing changed and that ALL my presets are gone. I didn't export most of them, so I think they're gone forever. Also, I couldn't contact support anymore because it was already 5.15 pm.

I'm so frustrated. Not sure what to do, I'm a full-time photographer so I rely on Lightroom heavily.
