Lightroom startet nicht

Hallo,

ich habe auf einem neuen Dell Laptop (Win 10 64bit) Lightroom 6 installiert.

Beim Starten bleibt das Programm allerdings beim Startbildschirm hängen.

Wer kann mir helfen?

    Dann hast Du erst 6.0. Du benötigst auch das update auf 6.14.

    Es gibt keinen direkten Installer für 6.14.

    Hallo Jörg,

    Von wo aus hast du installiert? Download oder CD?

    Als erstes lade bitte das upgrade auf 6.14 runter (von hier) und installiere das.

    ich habe einen Download genutzt und die aktuelle Version runtergeladen (von dem Link den Du gepostet hast).
