Lightroom Classic Version Number: 13.1
Windows 11 Home: 22H2
CPU AMD Ryzen 7 5700X 8-Core Processor 3.40 GHz
GPU AMD Radeon RX 6600
RAM instalada 32,0 GB

Steps to reproduce:

... Start lighroom
... Go to develop menu
... scroll photos and mark as rejected or not

Expected result: work well
Actual result: Stop working or make the photos weird

1 - The taskbar is is kind of translucent
2 - It's the news about the weather

3 - I uninstalled the 13.1 and installed 13.0.2 (the previous version) and the problem did not appear again
I think could be something in these atualization.
