Lightroom stops responding in a loop

My problem is this: at each of my clicks in lightroom the program stops responding for more or less 15 seconds then comes back and opens the selection of sources. If I click again to leave the source selection Lightroom no longer answer .. And all this in loop.

I have already tried to reset the preferences as well as uninstall and reinstall the program either only via adobe creative cloud or by also deleting the various existing folders by hand.

I checked and my GPU drivers are up to date as well as windows.

I'm running windows 10 and my setup is as follows:
