Lightroom stuck/freeze and crash on windows

Second up, what can be noticed in the video. The Histogram, looks like just one color. That often denotes a corrupt preference files. Have you considered resetting the preferences file. A LrC preference file can get corrupted leading to all sorts of buggy behavior. Be mindful this could be considered a magic bullet, such as restarting MS Windows. Also be mindful that this will revert many if not all preferences to defaults.
