Lightroom stuck on "get started with Lightroom mobile"

Hi everyone,

I've tried searching forums for the answer to this, but can't seem to figure it out. My Lightroom (for Mac, confirmed latest version) no longer seems to be able to sync with Lightroom Mobile. I see "Get started with Lightroom Mobile" up in the corner, I click it, log in, then it goes back to Lightroom but nothing happens - I'm not connected to mobile. I can keep clicking the "get started" message but it will close the window right away. I reboot Lightroom and the whole thing starts again.

I've tried:

1) Reinstalling Adobe CC.

2) Logging out of and then back into Adobe CC.

3) Changing my password (confirmed not an authentication issue).

4) Logging in via Facebook instead.

5) Checking my firewall (there is none).

6) Rebooting my Mac.

Help?

Thanks

Download directly from here: Download Photoshop Lightroom

If it does not work, download the 2015.0 base installer as well, then:

- Remove Lr

- Reboot

- Install 2015.0 base

- Reboot

- Install 2015.12 update

I cannot get my CC app or LR to update.  There are no updates available.  I'm stuck in 2015.10.1, I've tried uninstalling CC App and reinstalling, also tried to delete OPM.db in OOBE folder.  Nothing works.

Please update to the latest version, which is 2015.12, then sign off and back in.

Lightroom CC message 'Upgrade required for Lightroom mobile sync'
