Lightroom synchronsiert nicht mit Fotos aus Whatsapp

Seit Monaten synchronisiert Lightroom keine Fotos aus Whatsapp (Beim Lesen dieses Fotos ist in Lightroom ein Problem aufgetreten). Das Problem ist offenbar bekannt. Gibt es immer noch kein Update um diesen Bug zu fixen?

No problem... Basically, I have the same problem as all of these people: Can’t import Images from whatsapp

I am using 7.5 LR Classic CC and 1.5 Lightroom CC and it's still not working!!! I have an iMac with MacOs High Sierra 10.13.6. This is really annoying...

The only thing that helps is to re-save the whatsapp-images as JPEG... But that can't be the clue...

The problem occured some months ago, before everything was fine...

In the other thread there aren't any information about Adobe resolving the problem... Can you give me any?

Thanks for the details. I've checked that there is an ongoing issue working with Whatsapp images sourced from Lightroom mobile app. We are working on it.

    For months, no photos from Whatsapp Lightroom synchronized (a problem occurred while reading this photos in Lightroom). The problem is apparently known. There is still no update to fix this bug?

    Sorry but we're still having trouble understanding the translated text above. Could you please explain what exactly is happening? Do you mean that Lightroom is not syncing any of your images? If so then, please refer this article Problem syncing photos with Lightroom mobile ​ and let us know if that helps.

    Sorry that you're having problems synchronizing images from Lightroom. Could you please explain the issue in a bit more detail? Also, which version of Lightroom are you using and which device are you using?
