Lightroom to a new p.c.

Hi, I am trying to put my copy of Lightroom 6 on a new p.c. After a lot of trouble it"s on but it keeps asking me to sign in, It will not recognise my LR catalogue or let me import from my camera. I have everything backed up on Onedrive and an external hard drive. Any suggestions would be wecome.

Hi, thanks for the info but I am now told that my serial number may be out
of date so I can't go any further. Any work around to this?
