Lightroom to Photoshop, Merge to HDR Procrashes Photoshop

Since the upgrade to Lightroom CC 7.5, (Windows 10, Intel i7) I can no longer use the HDR Merge feature.

The files export, the process starts in Photoshop it gets to the point where it will make the merged file and then it just closes the images start page. No error messages.

Any idea what could be causing this? Is this strictly a Photoshop bug?

OK, this seems to be a Photoshop problem as the same thing happens if I try to do a merge without involving LR. I'll go look in the Photoshop threads.

Windows 10, i7 16Gb RAM, using graphics acceleration. All the software is up to date.

The HDR merge are with three DNG raw files. Slide dupes from a Canon 5D MIII, so the files are around 25 mb each. Really vanilla task, I've done much larger and more complex merges in the past.

I found others threads about this issue so another bug for Adobe to work on.

    Yes, seems like Photoshop issue.

What are the specs of your machine? How many and how big are the images you're using? Are they raw?
