As i have noticed this is a issue that dates back over 7 years.

I didnt like lightroom and want to cancel my subscription as the trial has ended. But the only way adobe let me do this is to update method and PAY! ridiculous.. I need to pay for a service i wont use.

I am going to subscription for Premier pro but if I update my method i will pay an additional 12€~ for Lightroom wich i dont accept.

So I wont pay for NOTHING until this is solved.

Hi,

Sorry you’re having trouble.

Contact Adobe Customer Care.
They should be able to sort it out.
Go to this link and click the chat bubble in the lower right.
Type "agent" for quicker service.

"solved"? What would solve this issue? (By the way, 99% of us here in this forum don't work for Adobe, we can't solve this issue for you, and the 1% of us in this forum that do work for Adobe help customers with technical problems only, so posting your problem in this forum will not "solve" anything)

Adobe is going to charge you for whatever the contract (which you agreed to) states they can charge you. They will charge your credit card. You don't have to like it, no one does, but that's what is going to happen.

Prob the most ignorant answer i have seen.

To not be able to cancel a subscript is beyond me.
