Lightroom Update Causing Blue Screen & GPU Connection Issues – Nvidia GTX 1650

I am agreeing with @AxelMatt . Blue screen of death is caused by faulty drivers, or by hardware malfunctions.

I have checked the GPU drivers are up to date and they are. Here is the information as requested. Thank you for your help.
