Lightroom User Profiles now showing up

Question

I am trying to make some new profiles in Photoshop camera raw and I am seeing that these are supposed to sync with lightroom if closed and re-opened. But once I open lightroom and try to add user profiles, the option to also view user profiles isn't showing up. In Camera Raw ( photoshop ) I can with the profiles I've crated but not in lightroom. Can some help me with this please ?

Please note I am talking about profiles and not presets.

Which Lightroom are you using? What you say is correct for Lightroom Classic, but not for Lightroom. If you use Lightroom, then you'll have to import the profiles (because Lightroom stores its profiles in the cloud).
