Lightroom V12.0.1 not Launch

I already removed and retintalled the Lightroom Classic to 12.0.1 with Creative Cloud 5.9.0.372 & Windows 10.0.22621.674. I cannot open it from Creative Cloud or double click the Lrc icon. What I can see is Lrc is opened in Task Manager. Please help.

Force Quit Lightroom Classic in Task Manager and restart your computer. When the computer is booted up again try opening Lightroom Classic from the Creative Cloud dashboard.
