Lightroom V13-3 updated destroyed mobile sync

Ever since updating my lightroom catalogue to V13-3 it has killed my catalogue sync. Every import I have done since the update, whether importing directly into the collection or into all photos and then dragging into the collection, the photos are not syncing on mobile. Same when editing in photoshop, after saving, the new .tiff file is created and added to the collection but not syncing to the catalogue in mobile. I have no sync errors showing, nothing stuck in uploading, I have rebuilt sync data, deleted the old catalgoue and sync files, restarted, signed out, signed in. Nothing is working. This issue is only for new imports since the update, if I edit or delete past images, those changes are syncing as normal. New imports are going into all photos on the mobile sync but edits made from the catalogue and star ratings are not syncing. Rather frustrating, this updated has slowed my productivity trying to solve the issue on my own but it appears to be a bug rather than fixable on my end.

I have the same problem. The sync has locked. You don't get a report about sync problems in Lightroom. Even if I stop the sync of current collection, the system shows syncing 296 photos. I have tried stopping the firewall to no avail. If I activate syncing of a collection, the corresponding one is created in Lightroom for the web, but no photos are uploaded.

Have you tried letting LrC run overnight?

Some members with v13.3 sync issues have found that fixes an issue on initial  use of v13.3

I haven't run it overnight but I have had it running all day. No change
