Lightroom Web Gallery

I am trying to use Web Gallery in LR CC Classic.  But I am  not computer savy.  Can someone help me? I have a web page Rick Bounds Photography and I want to put the LR web gallery on my "Proof" page but I don't know what to put in this form.

    You need to get FTP settings from your hosting provider (company you use to host your website).

    Usually you'll be able to contact them for support or find FTP settings in Control Panel when you log in

    Sorry that you're unable to setup Lightroom Classic CC web gallery in the Web module. Could you please take a look at this article Preview, export, and upload web photo galleries in Lightroom Classic CC and let us know if that helps?
