Lightroom will not export images to PS, all PS options are greyed out

Question

I have a Mac but my operating system (Ventura 13.7.8) is no longer supported and I am unable to upgrade Lightroom. However, export to PS has always worked up until now. LR version is 14.5.2

Since the version of macOS you're on isn't supported anymore, reinstalling Lightroom, or Photoshop may not be a valid path. For now, follow the steps here to recreate the link between Lightroom and Photoshop: https://adobe.ly/4ytwJ5f
