Lightroom will not open

good morning,

I just upgraded to the newset version of Lightroom CC yesterday.

I just tried opening Lightroom CC just now and the program crashes.  It will not open.

i get the following message.

I have rebooted my mac

not sure what to do next

The next time you receive a crash report dialog, enter your email address and before you send, screenshot the dialog and post it here please.

i just did it again and there is spot to enetr a email for the report.  i just click OK

We’ve reviewed the email address you use with this forum and find no crash reports in our system.

 

Did you see a crash dialog?

Do you use a different email address when filling out the crash report?

Was the crash dialog Adobe’s? Apple’s?
