I have re-installed Lightroom CC

As Adobe no longer publishes Lightroom CC, has not for a few years now, That statement just begs to request that you state exact Adobe program name. Are you actually still using an old version, or just a wordsmith glitch?

Also, I see you are new to the community. When posting a problem, please include at s minimum:

• Full Adobe program name and version
• Full Operating System name and version/build
• Any error message
• Any screenshots that might help describe the problem
• CPU, RAM, GPU info.

following is a SOP to provide much of that, could you accomplish?

Please post your System Information as Lightroom Classic (LrC) reports it. In LrC click on Help, then System Info, then Copy. Paste that information into a reply. Please present all information from first line down to and including Plug-in Info. Info after Plug-in info can be cut as that is just so much dead space to us non-Techs.
