Lightroom wont open

Getting System Error saying 'The code exection cannotproceed because mfc140u.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program might fix that. 

 

Ive have uninstalled and reinstalled this and it still is not working.

The file mfc140u.dll is a part of Microsoft Visual Studio, not LrC. This is a Windows OS problem. It can be fixed.
